Consent Order on the application submitted by Express Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Roofit Industries Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo andDr. K. M. Abraham, has passed consent order dated December 15, 2009, on an application submitted by Express Securities Pvt. Ltd., in the matter of M/s. Roofit Industries Limited, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant has also undertaken voluntary suspension for a period of one month. Accordingly, the applicant is not allowed to buy, sell or deal in securities, in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of one month from December 21, 2009.
