Order in the matter of illegal trading - dealings by Shri Bhadresh Sanghvi,Sub-Broker of M/s. Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Ltd.
Shri M.S.Sahoo, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an ad interim ex-parte order dated December 21, 2009 restraining Shri Bhadresh Sanghvi (Trade Name: Arihant Investment), sub-broker affiliated to M/s. Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Limited, Member of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, either for himself or for his clients.
The above direction shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force until further orders.
