Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 17, 2009 disposing of Enquiry Proceedings against HB Securities Ltd. in the matter of Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. without any penalty but has warned HB Securities Ltd. to be careful and cautious in the conduct of its business and to adhere to and comply with all the statutory provisions while carrying out its activities in the securities market.
