Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 18, 2009, in the matter of public issue of Fine Agromatics Ltd. warning Canara Bank for the violations of Clause 2, 4, 6(b) and 7 of Code of Conduct prescribed under Schedule III of SEBI ( Bankers to the Issue ) Regulations 1994.
