Order against M/s. Fine Agromatics Ltd.

Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 18, 2009, in the matter of public issue of Fine Agromatics Ltd. restraining Fine Agromatics Ltd. and its directors Shri Vipin Kumar Ohri, Shri Rajinder Kumar Ohri, Shri Surinder Kumar Ohri and Shri Nirmal Kumar Ohri from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying selling or other wise dealing in securities market in any manner directly or indirectly for a period of two years.
 
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
