Order against Shri S.K.Jain, Member, LSE, in the matter of public issue of
Fine Agromatics Ltd.
Dr. K.M.Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 18, 2009, in the matter of public issue of Fine Agromatics Ltd. restraining Shri S.K.Jain from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting him from buying selling or other wise dealing in securities market in any manner directly or indirectly for a period of one year.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
