Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 23, 2009, in the matter of T. Spiritual World Limited restraining M/s. V. B. Investments and M/s. Ketan Investment from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of three years from the date of this order.
