Order against M/s. Norris Medicine Limited and others in the matter of Norris Medicine Limited

Dr. K M Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated December 31, 2009 in the matter of Norris Medicine Limited restraining M/s. Norris Medicine Limited, Mr. B. N. Thakore, Mr. N. J. Patel, Mr. Nimish B. Thakore, Positive Healthcare Asia Limited, Indeen Investment & Agencies Private Limited, Shri Dwarikadish Securities & Finlease Private Limited, Ethics Securities & Finlease Private Limited, Foundation Securities & Finlease Private Limited, Mr. Falgun C. Shah and Mr. Dharmendra D. Oza from accessing the securities market and prohibited them from buying, selling and dealing in the securities market in any manner, either directly or indirectly, for a period of three years.
 
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
