Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Classic Finance in the matter of Denim Enterprises Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M. S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham, has passed an order dated January 13, 2010, on the consent application submitted by M/s. Classic Finance, in the matter of Denim Enterprises Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
