Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 12, 2010 in the matter of Nova Petrochemicals Limited restraining M/s. Nova Petrochemicals Limited from buying, selling and dealing in the securities market or accessing the securities market directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
The order comes into force with immediate effect.
