Consent order on the application submitted by Ramaben Samani Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Oasis Media Matrix and others
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham has passed a consent order dated December 24, 2009, on an application submitted by Ramaben Samani Finance Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of Oasis Media Matrix, Granules India Ltd., Wellworth Overseas Ltd., GG Automotive Ltd., T Spiritual World Ltd. and Rashel Agrotech Ltd. in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs. 18,00,000/- (Rupees eighteen lakh only) and opted for voluntary suspension of it's Certificate of Registration for a period of five months w.e.f. January 01, 2010 towards the terms of consent in the matter.
