Order against M/s. Shree Parshwa Finance and others in the matter of
M/s. Stocknet International Ltd.
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated January 28, 2010 in the matter of M/s. Stocknet International Ltd., restraining M/s. Shree Parshwa Finance, Mr. Vasant H. Bissa and Ms. Vaishali J. Shah from accessing the securities market and further prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of three months.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
