Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Navneet Publications (India) Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated February 03, 2010 on the consent application submitted by M/s. Navneet Publications (India) Limited for non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 6(2), 6(4) and Regulation 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, for the years 1997 and 1998-2001 respectively.
The applicant, without admitting or denying guilt, has remitted a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
