Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Dhanuka Agritech Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M.Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated February 03, 2010 on the application submitted by M/s. Dhanuka Agritech Limited for non compliance of Regulation 6(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997 and Regulation 8(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 2007. The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) towards settlement charges, in the matter.
