Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Hindon Mercantile
Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated February 03, 2010 on the consent application submitted by M/s. Hindon Mercantile Limited for non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 6(2) and 6(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the year 1997; and Regulation 8(3) for the years 1998-2008, relating to disclosure to be made to the Stock Exchanges.
The applicant without admitting or denying guilt has remitted a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) towards the
settlement charges in the matter.
