Consent order on the application submitted by Shri Rohit Jain
in the matter of Karishma Floriculture Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEB1, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated February 15, 2010 on the application submitted by Shri Rohit Jain in the matter of Karishma Floriculture Limited in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards terms of consent in the matter. Further, the applicant has undertaken voluntary debarment from dealing in securities market for a period of six months, which has been made effective from February 18, 2010.
