Order against M/s. Ashok Makker & Co., Member, LSE
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 20, 2010, in the matter of Classic Global Impex Ltd. (now known as Devine Impex Ltd.), suspending Certificate of Registration of M/s. Ashok Makker & Co., member, Ludhiana Stock Exchange Ltd. for a period of three weeks.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days of the order.
