Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Keynote Corporate Services Ltd.
in the matter of M/s. Majestic Industries Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed consent order dated February 15, 2010 on the application submitted by M/s. Keynote Corporate Services Ltd. (Post issue Lead Manager) for non-compliance with the provisions of Code of Conduct prescribed in Schedule III of the SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992 in the matter of Rights-cum-Public issue of Majestic Industries Ltd.
The applicant, without admitting or denying guilt, has remitted a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) towards the settlement charges in the matter.
