Order against Esha Securities Limited in the matter of Brushman India Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 20, 2010, in the matter of Brushman India Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of Esha Securities Limited, member, Delhi Stock Exchange Limited for a period of five months.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
