Order against Alka India Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated February 25, 2010, in the matter of Alka India Limited, restraining Alka India Limited from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
