Consent Order on the application submitted by
Pursarth Trading Company Private Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated February 22, 2010, on an application submitted by Pursarth Trading Company Private Limited in the matter of CEAT Limited and Prudential Pharmaceuticals Limited, in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh only) and has opted for voluntary debarment from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market, in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months w.e.f. March 01, 2010 towards the terms of consent in the matter.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
