Orders against M/s. Tropical Securities & Investments Pvt. Ltd. and 

M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal Choudhary in the matter of 

M/s. Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd.

Shri V.K.Chopra, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated April 10, 2007, suspending the certificates of Registration of M/s. Tropical Securities & Investments Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Pawankumar Parmeshwarlal Choudhary, Members of Bombay Stock Exchange, in the matter of M/s. Prudential Pharmaceuticals Ltd., for a period of one month.
 
The order shall come into force on the expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
