Order against Shri Vipul Bhagwandas Shah

in the matter of M/s. Gujarat Fiscon Limited
Dr. T. C. Nair, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 12, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Gujarat Fiscon Limited warning Shri Vipul Bhagwandas Shah to the effect that he should be careful in future and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of his affairs in the capital market. Shri Vipul Bhagwandas Shah has also been directed to note that any instances of violation or non-compliance of the provisions of the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations in future shall be dealt with stringently.
