Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated September 09, 2009, in the matter of M/s. Mobile Telecommunications Ltd. suspending the certificates of registration of M/s. Porecha Global Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Shri Arun Porecha, Members, Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. (BSE) for a period of one month.

The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
