Order in respect of CFL Securities Limited in the matter of
DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited
Dr. K. M. Abraham, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated January 17, 2011, in the matter of DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited, suspending the certificate of registration of the stock broker, CFL Securities Limited, member, National Stock Exchange of India Limited, for a period of three weeks.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the Order.
