Consent Order in the matter of Dr. Wellman's Homeopathic Laboratory Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran has passed a consent order dated May 30, 2011 on the application submitted by Dr. Wellman's Homeopathic Laboratory Limited for delay in compliance of provisions under Regulations 6(4), 7(3) and 8(3) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997. The applicant has remitted a sum of ` 10,35,000/- (Rupees ten lakh thirty five thousand only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
