Consent Order on the application submitted by M/s. Archisha Investments Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of M/s. Uttam Galva Steels Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K. M Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed a consent order dated June 08, 2011 on the application submitted by M/s. Archisha Investments Pvt. Ltd. for delay in compliance of Regulation 7(1A) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the acquisition of shares on February 18, 2004 and delay in compliance of Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 for the years 2002-03 and 2003-04. The applicant has remitted a sum of ` 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh only) towards settlement charges, in the matter.
