Consent Order in respect of Visu International Limited
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Dr. K.M. Abraham and Shri Prashant Saran, has passed consent order dated July 13, 2011, on the consent application submitted by Visu International Limited, for non compliance of clause 13.3.1 (f) of erstwhile SEBI (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines relating to allotment of shares to promoter entities who had not dematted their pre preferential allotment holding.
The applicant has remitted ` 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Only) towards the settlement charges, in the matter.
