Orders in the matter of Adani Exports Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed four orders dated May 03, 2012 in the matter of Adani Exports Limited, suspending the certificates of registration of the stock broker/sub-brokers, Naman Securities and Finance Private Limited, M/s. Rajendra Jayantilal Shah, ESS ESS Intermediaries Pvt. Limited and E. Stocks Inc., for a period of two months.
 
These orders shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the orders.
